The app can generate polished documents, presentations, infographics, and images directly from the chat interface. Amazon Connect, previously a single customer service product, is now a suite of four agentic AI solutions designed to plug into existing workflows:
- Amazon Connect Decisions – Supply chain planning and intelligence that combines 30 years of Amazon operational science with 25+ specialized tools to shift teams from crisis management to proactive planning.
- Amazon Connect Talent (Preview) – An AI-led hiring solution that conducts interviews, administers science-backed assessments, and provides consistent evaluation for high-volume recruitment.
- Amazon Connect Customer – The original contact center, now with enhanced configuration capabilities for personalized voice, chat, and digital experiences.
- A fourth solution (name not yet released) focused on IT operations and incident response.
